Refund and Exchange Policy

Time:

Stazel Galleria is happy to provide returns and exchanges within 5 business days of purchase on all products except for our custom units with the lace cut, opened No slip wig grips and Lashes. This means if you purchase your wig with the lace cut, you DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Please send an email with your name, contact number, date of purchase and tracking number to notify us that you are returning your purchase with the name of the courrier and tracking number in the email.

Please note products will be returned to sender if the instructions above are not followed or if product returned does not pass inspection.

 

 Quality:

All products returned must be in it's original packaging with warranty tag attached. We will not exchange or refund if the product is not in its original state as when it was received.

 

Charges: 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your shipping fee to get the items back to us. Also please note Stazel Galleria cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Method of refund:

After we receive your product, and verify it is suitable for a return, please allow 48 hours for your refund to be processed on the same form of payment used to purchase.

 

Exchange processing: 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for exchanges to be processed.
